Why do I have to wait to be accepted?
We know how annoying it is to join a dating app or website only to be contacted by spam, fake and scam accounts. You join RBL because you only want to communicate and meet real people. To ensure the legitimacy of new members we manually approve all new accounts. Yes, it is a lot of work but you are worth it.
Why are my photos not being accepted or unable to upload?
If your photo has been denied and rejected it may be due the fact that the photo in question did not adhere to our policy. To ensure your photo(s) are accepted, make sure they are clear (no hats, sunglasses, too distant, altered by 3rd party app), clean (no nudity, sexually explicit, graphic) and concise (alone, headshots, etc.).
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you upgraded on the newest version of RBL you can cancel directly on the app in the Subscription area. If you upgraded on an older version of RBL you can submit a cancelation request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received we will deactivate your reoccurring subscription and you will not be billed going forward.
How do winks work?
A wink is a quick way to show someone that you are interested. You can send as many winks as you like on RBL. If you have great interest in a person we do advise sending them a direct icebreaker message (Free-of-Charge). Sparking up a direct conversation always proves to be more successful in establishing a connection.
If I "Favorite" someone will they be notified?
No. Your favorite list is private and no one on your list will be notified that you have added them.
How can I deactvate my account?
You can deactivate your account in Change Settings from the menu section of the app once your account has been approved.
How do I stop a member from messaging me?
You can block a member if you wish for the member not to be able to view your profile or communicate with you.
